Cooking is a feature and a great passion at Sigurwana. It is the pride of our chef to surprise our guests with delicious food from all over Africa. Fresh vegetables, salads and herbs from our vegetable garden add amazing flavours to the daily menus. He also creates delightful vegetarian and vegan food.
Hobby cooks are invited to experience cooking with the chef a typical “South African Poitjie”, in a big iron pot, at a crackling open fire in the Boma.
It is not only great fun but also the creation of a delicious meal.
